Αυτόγραφη ημιτελική παρτιτούρα με μαύρο μαρκαδόρο και με μπλε το μεγαλύτερο μέρος του σολίστα και των στοιχείων του εξωφύλλου. Οι αριθμοί πρόβας έχουν προστεθεί με κόκκινο μαρκαδόρο.
Στο εξώφυλλο αναγράφεται το όνομα του συνθέτη, τίτλος του έργου, διάρκεια και στοιχεία για τον αναθέτη και την πρώτη εκτέλεση.
Στη σελίδα τίτλου υπάρχει αφιέρωση από τον συνθέτη.
Στην τελευταία σελίδα μουσικού κειμένου έχουν επικολληθεί τμήματα πενταγράμμου με δριορθωμένο μουσικό κείμενο.
