Σπάνια παρτιτούρα βυζαντινής μουσικής. Βυζαντινή μουσική μεταγραμμένη σε ευρωπαϊκή σημειογραφία. Το τεκμήριο αποτελείται από τρία δεμένα φυλλάδια (Φυλλάδιον Δ΄ -- Φυλλάδιον Ε΄ -- Φυλλάδιον ΣΤ΄). Στο τέλος κάθε φυλλαδίου υπάρχει "Πίναξ των περιεχομένων".
