Στο φύλλο 1(v) υπάρχει σημείωση, η οποία αναφέρει την σχέση μεταξύ των έργων Κ116, Κ118 και Κ146, με γενικό θέμα το Amants de Teruel. α) σχέδια β) φωτοτυπία χειρόγραφης παρτιτούρας Μ.Θ. Η παρτιτούρα φέρει και τον τίτλο ''ΣΟΥΙΤΑ αρ. 4, για ορχήστρα'', διότι, κατά τα λεγόμενα του συνθέτη, επρόκειτο να γίνει η 4η Σουίτα. Έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί εν μέρει και στους ''Σαδουκαίους''. Ο τίτλος ISA είναι όνομα ηρωίδας έργου γ) ίδια φωτοτυπία με σημειώσεις για τους "Σαδουκαίους" δ) ίδια φωτοτυπία με επιπλέον σημειώσεις. Το εξώφυλλο αναφέρει "Les amants de Teruel (Ballet), Titre d'origine: Isa" Πρόκειται για την μουσική του Ballet.

On sheet 1(v) there is a note, which refers to the relation between works Κ116, Κ118 and Κ146, with the general theme of Les Amants de Teruel. a) sketches b) photocopy of autogrpah score Μ.Th. The score has the title ''Suite No. 4, for orchestra'', because, according to the composer, it was intended to become the Fourth Suite. It was also used in part in the ''Saducceans''. The title ISA is the name of the heroine of the work c) same photocopy with notes on "Saducceans" d) same photocopy with additional notes. The cover mentions "Les amants de Teruel (Ballet), Original title: Isa" Intended for ballet music.
